Vanilla Ice Cream

I came across a photo which I took while sampling a new flavored vanilla ice cream and my eyes popped out at the following caption......


"Vanilla got nuts!"


What on earth does that mean anyway? The vanilla got nutty or simply the vanilla has gone nuts? Oh my goodness........
